We are looking for consultants who can think and execute, not just one or the other.

When you work with sparkChief, you will tackle problems that don't have template solutions: How do you redesign an organization while it is still running? How do you integrate two companies in different time zones with conflicting cultures? How do you build a workforce plan when half the roles you need don't exist yet?

This isn't work where you hand off a deck and move on. You will be in the room when executives make the call, and you will help implement it. That means you need to handle ambiguity, translate strategy into action, and be comfortable telling clients when their plan won't work.

Who we are looking for:
Mid to senior-level consultants who have actually implemented transformation, not just designed it. Business development professionals who can build relationships without the usual consulting sales theatre. Potential partners who bring either deep expertise or a strong client base (ideally both).
